Ardurra is currently pursuing the Pflugerville Surface Water Expansion project as a prime consultant and are interested in receiving notices of interest and qualifications from qualified subconsultants with water plant design experience in the disciplines shown below. This project is possibly being funded through the Texas Water Development Board and this notice serves as one of our forms of outreach. This contract is subject to the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, which includes EPA-approved fair share goals toward procurement of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) businesses.
