Hays County Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) - Ardurra served as the Program Manager for the Hays County ERAP. Ardurra stepped into an existing program to redirect the ship. A strike team implemented new systems to get the program moving to ensure that those who needed the funds to pay their rent and utility bills received them. This included staff augmentation and outreach. The goal was to wrap up the program within six months and we were able to do it in four.
Hays County American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Program - Ardurra serves as the Program Manager for the Hays County ARPA Program. In this role we are assisting County Commissioners and County staff in planning, development, and execution of projects with their $44 million American Rescue Plan (ARP) allocation. We have implemented systems to ensure that Hays County is following Treasury guidelines to avoid potential pitfalls. As the program continues, Ardurra will provide outreach services on projects for the community.
Hays County HMGP Grant Application Development and Grant Management - Ardurra is assisting communities within Hays County to develop and submit HMGP grants for generators that are required by the passage of Senate Bill (SB) 8 in response to Winter Storm Uri. Upon award, Ardurra will manage the grants on behalf of the County for the communities.
