Ardurra (CCI) played a key role in the Eagleton Ballpark project, a major recreational investment that strengthens Blount County's sports programming capabilities. Our team brought this multi-field baseball and softball complex to life, providing layout design, utility infrastructure, grading and drainage solutions, and stormwater management systems while coordinating closely with Blount County throughout the development process.
This athletic facility features six modern artificial turf fields for baseball and softball, supported by essential amenities including concession stands, restroom facilities, a fieldhouse for local high school teams, and parking for over 300 vehicles. Ardurra's services extend beyond initial design work. Our team has been involved in securing the necessary regulatory approvals, including the development and submission of the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).
Throughout the construction phase, Ardurra provided ongoing project oversight through regular participation in progress meetings, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and maintaining quality standards. Our construction administration services included design revisions to accommodate owner requests and field conditions, helping ensure the project met the community's needs.
