Watershed Services Practice Director
Lisa has over 30 years of civil and environmental engineering expertise, specializing in public infrastructure and supporting private sector projects. Her extensive public sector experience includes stormwater utility and program management, capital planning for gray and green infrastructure, asset management for stormwater and wastewater systems, watershed master planning, floodplain management, and sewer collection system operations. She is well-versed in regulatory compliance, particularly MS4 programs, and has led the development of policies and procedures that integrate these requirements into cohesive, effective strategies. Lisa has also secured and managed federal and state grant-funded projects, supporting sustainable water quantity & quality initiatives.
Beyond her public sector work, Lisa has significant industry experience in project management and engineering for multi-disciplinary design projects. She has led civil engineering and site development efforts for industrial, commercial, and institutional clients across the Southeast, providing innovative and practical solutions for complex projects through traditional and alternative delivery models.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering from Clemson University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in North and South Carolina and a Certified Floodplain Manager.
