Len brings nearly three decades of leadership at Remington & Vernick Engineers (RVE), now part of Ardurra, to his role driving strategic growth across the Northeast region.

Len started at RVE as an entry-level engineer in 1996 and moved through roles of increasing responsibility over the following decades. In 2004, he was named the firm's first Director of Business Development, a role in which he expanded RVE's geographic footprint, client base, markets, and services. He was named RVE's first COO in 2018, overseeing operations and strategic planning, and went on to serve as President and CEO from 2020 until the firm's integration with Ardurra. Throughout his career, Len has worked closely with government leaders and community organizations on engineering and construction projects that shape the quality of life in the communities RVE serves.

Len earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Villanova University. He is a Professional Engineer in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, a Registered Professional Planner, and a Certified Municipal Engineer in New Jersey.
