Ardurra is providing PM/CM services for a $500 million landside program on several projects including International Parkway Flyover Bridges Replacement, High Mast Lighting Replacement Phase II, Terminal F Civil & Utility among various other major infrastructure projects. PM/CM staff led the project delivery from the planning stage to the closeout phase, being tasked with performing design and design-build management, design and constructability reviews, contract management, construction management, program/project controls support services, technical support, continuous stakeholder communication, coordination, and collaboration to minimize impacts to customers and stakeholders who will be affected by the development of these projects.
