Our team was selected to design an estimated $190 million terminal renovation and expansion project for the Spokane International Airport. At the heart of the project is the Central Hall which includes a centralized and consolidated baggage claim area with consolidated checkpoint above. Concourse connectors will link the new consolidated checkpoint to all three of the Airport’s concourses. The project also includes gate hold expansion on Concourse C, roadway modifications in front of the terminal, curbside canopy improvements, new airport police department operations space, and select interior renovations. Our role in this project includes surveying, base map, utility design, roadway design, and local coordination. The project is currently in Schematic Design.
