Ardurra offers internships in various disciplines, including civil engineering, environmental science, water/wastewater engineering, transportation, and more. Our internships provide hands-on experience and exposure to real projects.

Most internships are part of our 10-week summer internship program Co-op or part-time opportunities may be available based on project needs and student availability.

We offer internship opportunities in multiple locations across the U.S. Placement depends on business needs, your field of interest, and office availability.

Application & Hiring Process

We begin accepting internship applications on September 1 and typically close positions by January 31. Any opportunities available outside this timeframe will be posted on our website.

You can apply directly through our Careers Page, where we post available internships and early-career positions.

Most of our internships are open to students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field (engineering, planning, environmental science, etc.). Strong communication skills, a desire to learn, and teamwork abilities are also highly valued.

The interview process usually includes an initial screening call with a recruiter followed by one or more interviews with hiring managers. These interviews may be conducted in person or virtually.

Internship Experience & Work Culture

Our interns work on real-world projects alongside experienced professionals. Depending on your field, you may assist with design work, site visits, environmental assessments, or data analysis.

Absolutely! Each intern is paired with a mentor or supervisor who will guide you through projects, answer questions, and help you grow professionally.

Yes! All of our internships are paid positions. Compensation is competitive and varies based on location and field of study.

Yes! Many of our interns transition into full-time roles after they earn their degree. While it’s not guaranteed, high-performing interns are often considered for full-time opportunities.
