Ardurra has led master planning and site development for Claremont International Rail Park, a 200-acre industrial development in western North Carolina. Recognized by Norfolk Southern as a premier rail-served location and selected for the EDPNC SelectSites program, the park has made significant progress toward shovel-ready status through strategic grant funding and coordinated infrastructure planning.

Completed environmental surveys, topographic studies, and due diligence supporting acquisition of 135+ acres, with an additional 15 acres under option in early 2026
