Ardurra provided the City of San Marcos, Texas, with an interactive construction management and capacity planning dashboard for the Cottonwood Creek Basin to support development sequencing and water infrastructure planning. The solution was designed to centralize development milestones, infrastructure timelines, and water usage projections into a single integrated platform, improving visibility and coordination across ongoing and future projects.

The dashboard consolidates data on development phases, lift station and trunkline infrastructure, and cumulative water capacity into a structured Power BI model. This enables clear visualization of project sequencing, infrastructure delivery, and system capacity requirements over time. Key calculations and measures were developed to track cumulative demand, scenario assumptions, and planning thresholds, supporting proactive decision-making.

A Gantt-style timeline was implemented to visualize construction schedules alongside cumulative capacity charts that highlight system constraints and key planning triggers. Interactive filters allow users to analyze different development areas, infrastructure components, and gallon-per-LUE scenarios to support flexible planning and evaluation. The tool replaces manual spreadsheet-based tracking with an automated, scalable dashboard that improves coordination and supports capacity planning decisions.
