Ardurra leads design efforts for a Progressive Design-Build Project along County Road 721 in Glades County, Florida, partnering with OHLA/Community Asphalt Corp. to deliver essential infrastructure upgrades supporting the new Seminole Casino & Hotel Brighton. The 11.5-mile corridor improvement extends from SR 78 to the Indian Prairie Canal Bridge approach, directly supporting regional tourism and economic development through a 38,000-square-foot casino and a 100-room hotel facility.

The project encompasses the complete reconstruction of the roadway, including milling, resurfacing, widening, and pavement reconstruction, to enhance performance and safety standards. Advanced infrastructure integration features include shared-use paths for pedestrians and cyclists, new lighting systems, fiber optic conduits, and Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) facilities, improving connectivity and operational safety.
