Find-It Fix-It Sewer Rehabilitation

Ardurra delivered sewer rehabilitation services for Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA), implementing an innovative "find-it, fix-it" methodology to eliminate failing infrastructure within Wilmington's busiest roads and intersections. The strategic approach maximized available funds while minimizing construction time and traffic disruption through advanced assessment techniques and targeted rehabilitation strategies.
The team successfully cleaned and assessed 15,320 linear feet of sewer mains and rehabilitated 8,490 linear feet using advanced techniques, including sectional point repairs and ultraviolet-cured cured-in-place pipe (CIPP). Critical repairs on high-traffic Kerr Avenue were completed without disrupting the road or traffic, demonstrating the effectiveness of trenchless rehabilitation methods.
