Neuweiler Brewery Mixed-Use Development

Ardurra provided planning and site/civil engineering services for the redevelopment of the former Neuweiler Brewery in Allentown, PA. The project replaces a vacant, historically significant industrial structure with a seven-story building delivering approximately 283 residential units and 40,000 SF of commercial space at the prominent intersection of Front Street and Pump Place.

• Advanced stormwater Best Management Practices, including a vegetated roof system, reduce peak runoff flows and improve stormwater quality in compliance with regulatory standards

• Post-construction stormwater management plans, erosion and sediment control plans, and full NPDES permitting documentation secured all required environmental approvals

• Ardurra served as the central coordination point across the architect, construction manager, and subconsultants, streamlining communication and sustaining project momentum from early planning through permit approval

• Adaptive reuse of a historically significant brewery site supports Allentown's downtown revitalization strategy while delivering new housing and commercial activity to the urban core
