Ardurra provided planning and site/civil engineering services for the redevelopment of the former Neuweiler Brewery in Allentown, PA. The project replaces a vacant, historically significant industrial structure with a seven-story building delivering approximately 283 residential units and 40,000 SF of commercial space at the prominent intersection of Front Street and Pump Place.
