Pangborn Memorial Airport recently completed a Master Plan Update (MPU) and an Environmental Assessment (EA) that evaluated the potential impacts of several projects listed on the Airport’s five-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The MPU process identified non-standard conditions at the Airport and recommended improvements meeting FAA design and safety standards.

A total of 11 projects are associated with this EA. Our team provided conceptual engineering and analyzed environmental impacts to wetlands and stormwater to prepare the EA. The EA will use the operational information contained in the current Airport Layout Plan (ALP) and data contained in the 2019 MPU. The EA process included an extensive public outreach component.
