Ardurra served as the lead engineering consultant for the City of Peoria's 85-acre community park design-build project, delivering civil and surveying engineering services that emphasized environmental preservation, integration, conservation, and community contribution. The award-winning project demonstrates innovative approaches to large-scale park development while maintaining ecological stewardship principles.

The engineering scope included a mass grading evaluation, finish grading construction documents, and a comprehensive infrastructure design featuring water main, sewer main, and drainage systems. Strategic roadway design incorporated three loop roads, providing enhanced circulation while minimizing environmental impact through thoughtful site integration and conservation practices.
