Ardurra is providing engineering design, field survey, and event space planning as well as overseeing landscape architecture, irrigation design, and architectural services for the City of Scottsdale Civic Center Plaza improvement project. The first phase upgraded the infrastructure, including utility and structural improvements. Our services included infrastructure assessment and recommendations for improvements, event programming guide, and preliminary concept, cost estimate, and phasing plan/scheduling.

Our team provided grading and drainage plans and improved points of ingress and egress with hardscape and landscape restoration and/or improvements for the west half of the Civic Center Plaza. Ardurra's team included event space planning, landscape architecture, and architectural services. Engineering disciplines included drainage, structural, and electrical services. Our team is coordinating with City staff to finalize the project prior to Super Bowl LVII in 2023.
