Scottsdale Civic Center Plaza Revitalization

Ardurra provided engineering design, field survey, and event space planning services for the City of Scottsdale Civic Center Plaza improvement project, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams including landscape architecture, irrigation design, and architectural services. The strategic improvement project enhanced infrastructure and public amenities while preparing the facility for major events, including Super Bowl LVII in 2023.

Phase I focused on critical infrastructure upgrades, including utility and structural improvements. The team developed event programming guides, preliminary concepts, cost estimates, and phasing plans supporting systematic plaza enhancement and operational optimization.
