Ardurra was the prime consultant on this Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) project for the replacement of the 800-foot bridge over the Snake River and augmented ITD staff for the 2.5-mile project.

Ardurra’s services consisted of road design, drainage design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of the bridge and adjacent culvert, hydraulic reports, rural county floodplain development permit, complex traffic control for staged construction, coordination with ITD Bridge design, geotechnical work on MSE and soil nail retaining walls, materials reports, environmental-cultural, public involvement, threatened and endangered species, utilities, and survey.

This project won an ACEC Engineering Excellence Award in 2021.
