Spanning approximately 330 acres in the heart of Eagle, Idaho, the Terra View Subdivision is a thoughtfully designed development that includes both single-family and multifamily residential units, as well as commercial uses. Ardurra’s landscape architecture team worked closely with our client to blend the line between urban and country living, where residents could enjoy the harmony of highly crafted streetscapes and sprawling open spaces. In collaboration with the client, our team worked to lay out and locate an expansive pedestrian-scale amenity package to enhance the community’s internal collector roadway, featuring custom items such as water features, hanging basket posts, column planters, and striking wood trellises. These elements bring bursts of color from spring through fall and create a visual rhythm that guides residents from quiet, tree-lined residential streets to the lively commercial core.
