Trivium Corporate Center

Hickory, NC

Building the Infrastructure That Brings Big Business to Hickory

Ardurra supported the development of Trivium Corporate Center, a 400-acre Class A business park that has become a leading destination for advanced manufacturing and corporate investment in Hickory, NC. Since its launch in 2018, Trivium has attracted major employers, including Corning, Cataler, American Fuji Seal, and Gusmer Enterprises, driving economic growth for Hickory and Catawba County. The team provided planning, design, and engineering services for both the Trivium Corporate Center and the 100-acre Trivium East expansion. Initial efforts included due diligence, including geotechnical evaluations, ecological assessments, and ALTA surveys, to support property acquisition and right-of-way dedication. The team then delivered full civil engineering design and construction administration, including more than 4,000 linear feet of roadway, 12-inch water lines, 7,200 linear feet of gravity sewer, and mass grading of approximately 85 acres. A regional stormwater wet pond was designed to ensure long-term management of water quality and quantity. Current work includes roadway improvements at Startown Road and Trivium Parkway, featuring NCDOT-standard widening, a new entrance road, signal design, storm drainage, erosion control, and 1,800 feet of new water line.
