With 25 years of experience in transportation project development, Alfonso Garza has been a key contributor to the planning, design, and construction of impactful infrastructure throughout Texas. He has signed and sealed over 40 Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) packages. Alfonso’s diverse expertise includes fast-track PS&E development, route studies, schematics, utility coordination, FEMA floodplain studies, traffic control planning, and public involvement.

As a skilled project manager, Alfonso navigates complex challenges such as stakeholder coordination, funding analyses, and agency approvals. His ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver high-quality results has made him a trusted partner for counties, TxDOT, and other stakeholders throughout the Texas region.

Alfonso holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a licensed professional engineer and a registered professional land surveyor in Texas.
