Andrew brings over 30 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and projects across the transportation, energy, water, environmental, buildings, and federal sectors. As Regional Operations Director, he oversees day-to-day operations across Ardurra’s Central Region, driving performance, supporting project delivery, and strengthening our employee- and client-focused culture. 

Prior to joining Ardurra, Andrew held senior leadership roles at WSP, Jacobs, and CH2M Hill. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Virginia Tech.
