As Ardurra's Employee Engagement Partner, Angie plays a pivotal role as an advocate for our workforce and in fostering Ardurra's culture. She spearheads various initiatives aimed at integrating newly acquired employees seamlessly into Team Ardurra, while leading efforts to ensure our culture remains vibrant and inclusive.

She works closely with senior leadership and the HR and Marketing teams to promote engagement in the company's diverse employee programs and help expand our talent pipeline.
