Throughout his career, Bill has played a pivotal role in delivering complex multimodal projects—spanning highways, transit systems, tunnels, and aviation infrastructure—that enhance mobility and connectivity. His expertise has been instrumental in mega-projects like the Purple Line Extension for Los Angeles Metro, seamlessly integrating multiple transportation modes to improve urban transit systems.

Bill holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Purdue University and is a licensed professional engineer in Colorado.
