Cathy is an experienced financial management professional with a demonstrated history of leadership in the Engineering, Architecture and Design industries. She is skilled in cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, business operations and contracts administration. 

Her background includes senior positions with several large, high-growth corporations including Finance Director and Vice President, Finance and Administration for two of the largest and fastest growing engineering firms. Cathy has extensive experience developing administrative policy, designing and implementing financial reporting systems and modeling for budgets and forecasts in complex business environments. Her varied business background also includes new business start-ups, due diligence and operational integration related to mergers and acquisitions. 

Cathy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Florida International University where she is also a graduate of the FIU Honors College.
