Dusty Spomer brings 27 years of technical expertise and industry leadership to the Ardurra team. With a proven track record, Dusty previously served as CEO of GDA for 12 years and COO of T-O Engineers for four years, overseeing impactful projects in geotechnical, municipal, land development, transportation, and aviation sectors throughout the Rocky Mountain region. His leadership and experience will play a key role in supporting Ardurra’s continued growth and success in the Northwest.

A University of Nebraska graduate with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Dusty is a registered engineer in Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, and Utah.
