Bringing over 20 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering, Raj Chavan, Ph.D., PE, PMP, LEED, serves as Ardurra’s National One Water Director. He leads integrated water management initiatives focused on sustainable and holistic One Water solutions, overseeing water resource planning, wastewater management, and stormwater strategies to ensure efficient and environmentally responsible practices.

With expertise in sustainability, resilience, climate change adaptation, and advanced hydraulic and process modeling, Raj has significant experience in biological nutrient removal (BNR) and treatment intensification processes, driving innovation and growth in water services.

Raj holds a Ph.D. and master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Nevada and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Shivaji University. A licensed professional engineer in multiple states, he is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and LEED-accredited. He is based in Las Vegas, NV.
