Ricardo has over 20 years of experience in water and wastewater utility infrastructure program management and design. He has extensive experience in program management, design management, project management, and task management for water, wastewater, reclaimed, and storm-water treatment, transmission, and conveyance projects. Ricardo has managed multiple multi-million-dollar programs/projects, providing oversight of the project start-up and close-out, quality assurance of contract deliverables, management of subcontractors, staffing, financial management and reporting, compliance with contract and corporate legal and policy requirements. 

Ricardo will support the growth of Ardurra’s Water practice in Florida including client development, strategic positioning, development of proposals and presentations, and development of new service capabilities. 

Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil from the Universidad Central de Venezuela.
