Internships At Ardurra
Our employee experience is supported by a range of programs, communities, and resources designed to help people feel connected, recognized, and supported throughout their careers.
10-Week Summer Internship Program
We begin accepting intern applications on September 1 and typically close positions by January 31. Any opportunities available outside this timeframe will be posted on our website.
Our paid summer internship program combines hands-on project experience with mentorship, learning, and connection.
As an Intern, You’ll:
- Be paired with a dedicated mentor who provides weekly guidance and support
- Work on real projects that impact communities across the country
- Participate in weekly Brown Bag sessions covering technical disciplines, communication skills, and tools like CAD
- Complete a curated Ardurra Academy learning path
- Collaborate with fellow interns on a final presentation shared with senior leadership
- Connect with peers and professionals through events and programs offered by Ardurra’s Young Professionals Network
This experience is designed to help you build confidence, develop practical skills, and explore where your interests can take you.
