[Ardurra] Acquires Stouten-Cramer
TAMPA, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–King Engineering, a Florida based Engineering firm, has acquired Stouten-Cramer, a Southwest Florida based surveying firm. Recently, King Engineering also merged with the Ardurra Group, a Texas, Louisiana, and New York Engineering and Disaster Recovery firm.

The combined entity will retain significant employee ownership, with the two principal owners from Stouten-Cramer moving into key roles in the organization and joining twenty-six employee owners from the Ardurra Group and King Engineering.

The combined entity has a leadership position in three areas:
- Water/Wastewater engineering and Water Resources
- Disaster Management
- Land Development in the Southeast, with capabilities in Civil, Ecological, Survey, and transportation planning
