Recognition highlights approach to employee-driven innovation.

We’re proud to share that Ardurra has been named to Fast Company’s 2025 Best Workplaces for Innovators list. The company was recognized in the Large Companies category, which honors organizations worldwide that have outpaced their peers in fostering cultures of innovation.

The annual recognition highlights companies that empower employees to think creatively, challenge convention, and bring forward new ideas. Fast Company's editors and judges evaluated hundreds of organizations across industries, selecting those that invest in innovation through culture, leadership, and internal programs.
