Ardurra is excited to welcome Randy Dumas as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a strategic move to support our planned growth and expansion. 

Randy brings three decades of experience in financial leadership, having worked with private equity-owned and public companies across diverse industries, including logistics, engineering, construction, and telecommunications.  

Randy’s career spans various stages of the business lifecycle, including highly acquisitive, high-growth, and publicly traded companies. Most recently, he served as CFO for STG Logistics, one of the largest domestic intermodal logistics carriers. Prior to STG, Randy was the CFO for Omni Logistics, where he led their finance and shared service organizations through significant growth, increasing the company’s revenue from $100 million to over $2 billion, largely through M&A activity.  

As CFO, Randy will lead all aspects of the company’s finance, accounting, and information technology functions while working closely with President & CEO Ernesto Aguilar and the rest of the leadership team. He will also be highly focused on ensuring Ardurra’s back-office processes are scalable and can support the company’s significant growth prospects. 

Randy holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and a master’s in business administration from the University of Dallas. He is also a CPA licensed in Texas.
