Phase II of the Carson Street Beautification Project delivers significant upgrades to this vital community corridor. The project includes new sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and gutters, along with ADA-compliant curb ramps; monument wayfinding signage; modern bus shelters; enhanced landscaping and hardscaping; pedestrian lighting; and asphalt grinding and overlay.
