Following Ford Motor Company's announcement of a major automotive manufacturing facility in West Tennessee, Ardurra fast-tracked the design of a new greenfield wastewater treatment plant near Stanton.

The facility features a four-cell Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) system designed to serve Ford and additional industrial tenants within the region. With a design capacity of 5.1 MGD biological treatment (10.2 MGD peak flow), the plant includes comprehensive infrastructure: headworks, four SBR cells, effluent filters, disinfection contact chamber, effluent pumping station, administration building, biosolids handling facility, and integrated control systems.

Treated effluent is conveyed 37 miles via force main to the Mississippi River. Max Foote Construction completed this $65 million project in 2024, delivering critical infrastructure to support regional industrial growth and economic development.
