Ardurra delivered environmental permitting services for Cascade River LLC's River District Development, preparing an Individual Section 404 permit for impacts across approximately 122 acres in Cascade, Idaho. The project required extensive environmental compliance due to its location within the 100-year floodplain of the North Fork Payette River, which features numerous low-lying wetland areas throughout the property.

The complex permitting process included comprehensive environmental documentation spanning aquatic resources delineation, wetland functional assessment, alternatives analysis, and compensatory mitigation planning. Extensive multi-agency coordination with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality, and the Idaho State Historic Preservation Office ensured regulatory compliance throughout the development approval process.
