Putting our People First with our new People Program Administrator! 

Ardurra is excited to announce our newest member to the HR Team! Melissa Orban joins the Ardurra Family as the People Program Administrator!

Melissa is a creative problem solver and developer of process improvements to enhance productivity and quality assurance. Previously as an Operations Manager she was responsible for analyzing and improving the organizational processes to improve productivity and efficiency in multiple departments: HR, Admin, Finance, IT and Legal. She loves to make the work environment a more simple, organized, and happy place to work. She will be responsible for all Ardurra’s people programs such as the Employee Council, Intern Program, Graduate Development Program, and many many more! She looks forward to providing exceptional support to the company.
