Ardurra furnished planning and civil engineering services for this mixed use residential development in the heart of Tampa Bay, spanning 640 feet of frontage along Gandy Blvd. The residential development includes 350 units within high rise condo towers, 747 apartments, and 160 townhomes by various developers. The neighborhood features 60,000 SF of office, retail, and dining, miles of urban trails and parks lined with public art, and a new 200-slip deep water marina. The deep water harbor features a 15-foot-deep channel and 8-12 feet depth throughout the basin.
