Bill is the Regional Director for the Northwest Region for Ardurra. Prior to being acquired by Ardurra, he led his previous company for 14 years creating a successful firm of over 200 employees and nine offices throughout the Pacific Northwest and Rocky Mountain Region. Bill joins Ardurra with more than 36 years of experience of hands-on project management, engineering and construction management experience in water and wastewater, roadway and airport transportation, and land development. 

Bill specializes in transportation engineering, street and highway engineering, construction administration, and project management. Bill has also been heavily involved in professional organizations such as the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) serving on the Idaho Board and as National Director Idaho.  He also serves on the Advisory Board for the Boise Chamber of Commerce.

 Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology and Public Works from the Oregon Institute of Technology. He is registered engineer in Idaho and Washington.
