Jeremy brings over 27 years of expertise in drinking water and wastewater engineering, specializing in the rehabilitation, renewal, and modernization of treatment works, process mechanical systems, and pumping infrastructure. His experience includes the evaluation and design of more than 40 treatment facilities—handling capacities of up to 250+ million gallons per day—as well as 150 pump stations and conveyance pipelines reaching diameters of up to 96 inches.
Beyond design, Jeremy has led program management and utility master planning efforts ranging from small communities to large-scale systems serving over one million people. His work addresses key industry challenges, including regulatory compliance, water supply, energy management, water quality, residuals and biosolids management, and capital planning.
A licensed professional engineer in Florida, Jeremy holds a B.S. in Forest Engineering from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse University.
