Lisa joined Ardurra as the Practice Director for Public Works in California and now plays a regional sales director role as we grow the California and Southwest Regions. Lisa joined the Ardurra family as the seventh acquisition in the early start of the company. With almost 40 years of experience, she began her career as an engineer with a small local agency in Southern California then moved on into management and operations with a Southern California based municipal engineering firm before starting her own business in 2008.
  
Lisa is a past recipient of the Southern California APWA Private Sector Leader of the Year Award and the past recipient of the Orange County ASCE Private Sector Outstanding Engineer of the Year Award. Lisa is a past president of the Orange County CA chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), and serves as a representative on the ACEC CA Qualifications Based Selection and Local Agency Contracts Committee as well as the Business Management and Insurance Committee. 

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
