Master Plan

Ardurra delivered an Airport Master Plan for Cedar City Regional Airport, a Part 139 facility serving flight training and aerial firefighting operations. Working closely with the city and airport board, the team conducted specialized analysis of a proposed expensive runway extension project that would have significantly disrupted operations and shifted aviation impacts to new neighborhoods.

Through customized public education initiatives and focused demand analysis, Ardurra identified that the runway extension was not the highest priority for community needs at that time.
