Ardurra is providing roadway, utility coordination, regional hydrology, roadway hydrology, hydraulics, survey, right-of-way, and traffic design for approximately 2 miles of arterial roadway widening. Complete street corridor improvements will provide two through lanes in each direction, two multi-lane roundabouts, raised median, bike lanes, sidewalk, multi-use path, and off-site drainage conveyance systems. Ardurra worked hand-in-hand with City staff to generate two alternative geometric configurations for the roundabout design to ensure conformance to design intent and minimize right-of-way encroachments. To ensure we provided maximum benefit to the City and community, our team coordinated with the design teams for adjacent regional drainage improvement projects to create a cohesive drainage infrastructure network for the area.
