Ardurra completed final design for Phases 1, 2, and 3 and Construction Management services for Phase 1 (CM@R delivery) and Phase 3 of this project. Roadway improvements included widening the arterial to create additional through lanes with raised median in each direction, ADA improvements, utility relocations, and land acquisitions. Our team’s collaboration with Phase 1 CM@R reduced construction costs by approximately $900k and advanced construction by one year to complete Consolidated Canal improvements within Salt River Project’s (SRP) 45-day dry-up.
