Ardurra provided final design, utility relocation coordination, right-of-way acquisitions, clearance(s),and CM services to widen 1.5 miles of Ocotillo Road to four through lanes. Arterial improvements for this federally funded project included dedicated bike lanes, raised median, sidewalks, streetlights, traffic signals, storm drains, 8-inch waterlines, 8-inch sanitary sewer lines, relocation and conversion of 0.5 miles of Roosevelt Water Conservation District (RWCD) irrigation lateral ditch, right-of-way acquisition from 13 County Island properties, and conversion of Salt River Project’s (SRP) 12kV overhead distribution to underground duct bank.

Improvements also included approximately 550 LF of 6” through 16” diameter DIP water main, new potable water services, and fire hydrant relocations.
