Ardurra provided civil engineering services for a preliminary work plan for overlays and seal coats. The scope included a continuation for the citywide IDIQ for the SPMP program (FY 2017), pavement condition, curb and gutter, drainage, and ADA requirements to prepare the annual work plan and delivery orders for street overlays and seal coats.
