Ardurra provided civil engineering services for this project, which comprised the addition of a left turn lane on State Highway 21 for northbound traffic turning onto FM 150 West. The improvements included the development of an overall schematic plan, the design of roadway improvements to widen the roadway for an additional left turn lane, box culvert extensions with associated hydrology and hydraulic models, utility coordination, driveway adjustments/realignments, restriping, signalization, environmental clearances, and an archeological survey. Ardurra facilitated close coordination with the Texas Department of Transportation and Hays County.
