The Bellaire Signature Route Project involved implementation of Signature bus service along Bellaire Corridor from TMC Transit Center to Corporate Drive, running through 36 signalized intersections.

Services provided by Ardurra included data collection, feasibility of the signature bus route, alternative analysis for travel time reduction and delay management, bus queue jumping analysis, transit signal priority, system requirements, traffic signal timing optimization, time space diagrams, NextEdit database development, implementation of timings, field fine-tuning, and other improvements to reduce the delay for the Quickline (Signature) buses at the intersections.

Scope of services also included coordination with the City of Houston, City of Bellaire, City of West University, Texas Department of Transportation and Sharpstown TIRZ, and determination of hardware and software requirements, infrastructure improvements, and bus fleet requirements.
